Puffed Grits

jennys-mom-046  Puffed local grits from Wades Mill. The  idea is to coat them in a dehydrated Shrimp powder to create a new version of shrimp and grits. They are intended for the tasting menu as a snack between courses.

  1. Another killer concept… I enjoy your food visually and mentally and your combinations really make sense to me…

    Love crispy elements like that reminds me of childhood sometimes…. I would have enjoyed a “snack” like that in a menu…

    BTW the cappuccino marshmallow was off the hook….
