Beef Dish

jennys-mom-023     Grilled Beef Tenderloin with potato puree, carrot confit, arugula coulis, black truffles and black truffle puree, mushroom consomme foam, cippolinni onion, local micro kohlrabi. Beef tenderloin is probably my least favorite cut of meat but part of being a chef is respecting what your clientele wants and giving it to them in a unique fashion
